le projet, visé par le présent marché public de maîtrise d"oeuvre a pour objectif l"augmentation de la capacité d"accueil de l"ehpad du Vidourle dans la ville de SAUVE. Cet établissement doit permettre l"accueil de 70 lits.

Une réhabilitation complète de l"établissement, ainsi qu"une extension après campagne de démolition sont prévues. La particularité de cette opération est qu"elle s"opèrera sans continuité de services. En effet, la totalité des résidents sera délocalisée
