le programme fonctionnel et technique détaillé présente un équipement aquatique composé des secteurs suivants:
- espaces d"accueil (144m2)
- zone administrative et de service (72m2)
- zone des vestiaires et sanitaires (avec double circuit partiel ) sur 346 m2
- zone de bassin multifonction, intégrant un bassin multifonction de 250 m2 (équipé d"un fond mobile) et d"une zone de plage (310m2) avec des banquettes/gradinage pour baigneurs
- zone du bassin balnéo (180m2) avec un bassin balnéo de 90 m2 et ses plages périphériques,
- espace "Bien-Être" avec sauna, hammam, spa, grotte de sel, et une zone de repas relaxation (146m2),
- annexes fonctionnelles (116m2)
- locaux techniques (480 m2 environ) , intégrant une chaufferie bois,
est également prévu dans l"opération le traitement:
- des espaces extérieurs d"activité et d"agrément (1800 m2), comprenant des plages extérieures (minérales et végétales), une aire de jeux d"eau, une plateforme équipée pour restauration mobile/buvette/food-truck.
- des espaces extérieurs de desserte, d"accès au stationnement (2500m2) intégrant la voie de desserte principale, les zones d"accès public (parvis) et de service (cour technique), ainsi que les zones de stationnement (P1 et P2) présentant 45 places vl + parc 2 roues
- des VRD : raccordement des réseaux et raccordement à la voirie assurant la desserte de l"équipement.
