          Des clauses de réexamen pour tenir compte des aléa technique ou financière de ce programme sont prévues dans le cadre du marché et seront mis en oeuve sur demande de l’acheteur. Elles portent sur les modifications visées ci après :

          • En cas d’évolution importante de la législation ou de la réglementation, notamment de la
