- Qualités fonctionnelles : Adéquation au programme du point de vue fonctionnel et du respect des surfaces / Commodité des trafics

- Qualités architecturales, techniques et environnementales : Fiabilité de l"étude technique et des équipements proposés au regard des objectifs environnementaux / Insertion dans le site (environnement, orientation, desserte, réglementation) / Adaptation au terrain et traitement des espaces extérieurs, accès / Aspect des volumes et matérialité des façades.
