le concours a pour objet de recruter une équipe de maîtrise d"oeuvre pluridisciplinaire pour la construction d"une salle de sports à Fontaine-Le-Bourg (76).

Compétences attendues : architecte, paysagiste, économiste de la construction, fluide, thermique/ssi, structure.

La procédure de passation utilisée est le concours restreint de maitrise d"oeuvre sur esquisse +.

Le montant prévisionnel des travaux est évalué à 3 065 000 euro (H.T.).

prime attribuée aux candidats ayant remis des prestations conformes au règlement et au programme du concours. Dans le cas où une offre serait incomplète ou ne répondrait pas au programme, une réduction ou la suppression de la prime pourra être effectuée par le pouvoir adjudicateur. Cette prime est versée, sur proposition du jury, à chacun des candidats admis à concourir. Cette prime sera versée aux mandataires des groupements d"entreprises, charge à eux de répartir le montant de la prime entre les cotraitants. La rémunération de l"attributaire tient compte de la prime qu"il a reçue pour sa participation au concours
