        Le Marché d"intervention UTa consiste en la mise en oeuvre des prestations d’Examens Non Destructifs réalisées sur les matériels des centrales à Réacteurs à Eau Pressurisée (REP).

        Les prestations à mettre en oeuvre consistent en des programmes d’examens volumiques destinés, en particulier, à la recherche de fissuration en paroi interne de soudures dans le cadre d’un aléa technique affectant les centrales EDF. Le périmètre des zones à examiner concerne les soudures des tuyauteries auxiliaires du Circuit Primaire Principal (CPP).

        Les prestations recouvrent les opérations réalisées selon les techniques suivantes : Ultrasons mesures d’épaisseurs (UTmep) et ultrasons améliorés (UTa).

        Les techniques radiographie industrielle (RT), ultrasons (UT) pour la recherche de défauts peuvent être mises en oeuvre de façon optionnelle.

        Les prestations de RT et de UT sont des options techniques optionnelles du présent Marché.

        Les prestations objet de ce marché s’effectuent pendant les arrêts de tranche ou, sous conditions, en tranche en fonctionnement. Elles sont réalisées sur des Equipements classés Importants pour la Protection des Intérêts (EIPS) ou non, selon l’arrêté INB (arrêté fixant les règles générales relatives aux installations nucléaires de base du 7 février 2012), en Zone contrôlée ou hors Zone contrôlée conformément aux documents prescriptifs de maintenance et selon la Liste d’Activités Elémentaires (LAE) établie en amont de chaque intervention.
