         Le présent marché est mixte puisqu"il prend, pour partie, la forme d"un accord-cadre au sens de l"article L2125-1 1° du Code de la commande publique.En plus des prestations forfaitaires dues au titre du marché, d"autres prestations seront commandées par le biais de bons de commande.Les prestations forfaitaires portent sur:- La mise en oeuvre de la solution et de migration des services SIP rémunérées sur la base d"un prix global et forfaitaire débutant dès la prise d"effet du présent marché et incluant le service de support (et hotline), de gestion opérationnelle et la mise en oeuvre des Liens télécom, l"Accès aux serveurs SIP et la Portabilité des SDA du périmètre actuel " initial"- Les prestations d"exécution du service rémunérées sur la base d"un prix forfaitaire à l"issue de la mise en oeuvre de la solution :, respectivement : Liens télécoms, l" Accès aux serveurs SIP intégrant les communications illimitées vers les fixes et mobiles en France et Union européenne et DOM", l"exploitation des SDA du périmètre initial et l"exploitation des services".Les prestations qui s"avéreraient complémentaires en phase de Run, tels que les ajouts de services seront réalisés au fur et à mesure de la survenance des besoins et donneront lieu à l"émission de bons de commande.Cette partie à bon de commande correspondant à l"accord-cadre, est conclue, pour sa durée d"exécution globale (c"est-à-dire reconductions comprises), sans minimum mais avec un maximum en valeur de 35 000 euro(s) HT.
