L’atelier industriel de l’aéronautique de Bordeaux (AIA BX) intervient dans le cycle de maintenance des aéronefs militaires au profit de l’Etat français essentiellement au niveau du soutien industriel pour les moteurs.
Dans le cadre de l’exécution de sa mission, le département des moyens de soutiens de l’AIA BX doit notamment maintenir les installations de sécurité incendie de son site.
La synthèse des installations à maintenir est jointe au présent document (fichier nommé « descriptif installations BX et CH »).

La présente procédure donnera lieu à un marché à tranches optionnelles (cf. rubrique II.2.2).
La durée maximale estimée du marché est indiquée à la rubrique II.3.
Les caractéristiques principales du marché sont les suivantes :
Il s"agit d"un marché à tranches d"une durée totale de 5 ans. La tranche ferme a une durée de 36 mois. La Tranche Optionnelle (TO) a une durée de 24 mois.
Chaque tranche est composée de 2 postes comme suit :
- Poste 1 (forfaitaire) : maintenance préventive et maintenance corrective des installations incluant la fourniture des pièces nécessaires d"un montant inférieur ou égal à 500 € HT pour les installations classées en P1, P2, P3, et sans limitation de prix pour les installations classées en P0
-Poste 2 (à bons de commande) : maintenance corrective des installations avec fourniture des pièces d"un montant supérieur à 500€ HT (hors installation en P0) et travaux de mise en conformité ou d"amélioration

Description of these options: Le marché est à tranches optionnelles. Seule la tranche ferme est exécutoire à la
notification du marché. La tranche optionnelle pourra être affermie par l’Acheteur dans

L’Acheteur se réserve le droit de ne pas affermir cette tranche.

Le mode de règlement proposé par l"administration est le virement.
Les paiements (avance éventuelle, acomptes éventuels, règlements partiels définitifs et solde) au titre du présent marché s"effectuent conformément aux articles L.2391-1 à L.2391-4 et R2391-1 à R2391-10 et R2391-16 à R2391-17 du code de la commande publique.
Le financement est assuré exclusivement par des ressources budgétaires.
La forme des prix (ferme ou révisable) sera fixée dans le cahier des clauses administratives particulières. Le délai global de paiement est fixé à 30 jours maximum.
La monnaie de compte du marché est l"euro.
