         le titulaire du lot sera chargé de la rédaction, de la conception et de la réalisation du bulletin d"information de la Commune de Saint-André.Le titulaire travaille en lien avec le service communication de la commune pour définir la ligne éditoriale et le chemin de fer de chaque édition du bulletin communal. Le prestataire met à disposition un ou plusieurs rédacteurs d"articles, dont la validation est soumise à la Ville de Saint-André, avant mise en forme et mise en page. Par ailleurs, le service communication de la Ville de Saint-André fournit au titulaire des éléments textes, photos et illustrations de son choix et garde l"entière responsabilité de leur insertion dans les publications. Le titulaire doit rédiger de façon journalistique les articles sur le fond documentaire fourni.le titulaire du lot sera également chargé d"éditer les bulletins municipaux d"information (incluant les suppléments éventuels)une présence et une immersion dans le territoire ...(voir Dce)
