Dans le cadre du programme de renouvellement urbain du quartier du val-vert, la ville du Puy-en-Velay porte un important projet de requalification des bâtiments publics (école, gymnase, maison de quartier) et des espaces publics du quartier. Une des opérations de ce programme global de restructuration des espaces publics consiste en la création d"un parc au coeur du quartier.

la présente consultation porte sur la transformation de la maison de vigne située dans le futur parc en bordure de l"avenue du Val-Vert en sanitaires publics. Cette bâtisse se compose d"un Rdc qui accueillera les sanitaires et de deux étages qui seront réhabilités en attente d"un futur usage.
