        Les principales activités sont :

        • La vente de contrats de fourniture d’énergie et leurs fonctionnalités telles que les outils pour comprendre et maîtriser sa consommation,

        • La vente de services de plus en plus diversifiés, y compris ceux de ses entités, filiales ou partenaires tiers, dont certaines activités par exemple dans le domaine des assurances qui peuvent demander des certifications (ORIAS - Organisme pour le registre unique des intermédiaires en assurance) et des formations spécifiques et obligatoires sur le plan réglementaire,

        • Le traitement d’actes de gestion.

        Le traitement sera à gérer de manière omni-canal :

        • Le traitement des demandes des clients entrantes et sortantes sur les différents canaux (téléphone, mail, tchat, web call back, instant messaging, réseaux sociaux, courrier, …),

        • De nouvelles activités pourront être intégrées aux mix d’activités confiées (émissions de SMS, de mails, …) le cas échéant sur de nouveaux canaux (Visio, …) en complément du traitement des demandes client en synchrone ou asynchrone.

        - La prise en charge :

        • de l’accueil téléphonique et du traitement de bout en bout des appels clients en ligne ou en différé.

        • du traitement des demandes non clôturées en ligne, que l’on appelle « middle office ».

        • du traitement des écrits (courriers - messages électroniques - demandes via les espaces client ou autres canaux digitaux), que l’on appellera Back Office.

        • du traitement de Leads

        • des flux asynchrones automatisables et leur gestion associée (traitement de rejets par exemple).

        - La prise en charge des échanges avec les opérateurs de réseaux de distribution ENEDIS et GRDF

        - La réalisation d’appels sortants pour informer les Clients de l’avancement du traitement de leurs demandes

        - La conduite de campagnes commerciales sortantes, de suivi de programmes relationnels entrants, de renégociations de contrats en Offre de Marché, d’activités d’administration des ventes.
