II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

a partir d"un programme avec remise des prestations au niveau " Esquisse + ", un marché de maîtrise d"oeuvre sera conclu après négociation avec le ou l"un des lauréats du concours.Le programme porte sur la Construction d"un équipement scolaire et périscolaire comprenant deux classes maternelles, une salle périscolaire et un restaurant scolaire, des locaux de stockage ainsi que l"aménagement des espaces extérieurs attenants (parvis, stationnements, cheminements piétons, espaces végétalisés et abords). La surface à construire est estimée à 1096 mètres carrés et les aménagements extérieurs à 1550 mètres carrés. La part de l"enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est évaluée à 3 032 500 euro(s) (H.T.). La proposition devra anticiper les exigences de la future réglementation environnementale (réduction de l"empreinte carbone des bâtiments, amélioration de leur performance énergétique et notion de confort d"été durant les épisodes caniculaires)
