en application des articles L. 2125 2° et R. 2162-15 à 21 du CMP, le projet porte sur la construction d"un bâtiment neuf avec ses aménagements extérieurs d"une Surface Utile d"environ 1984 mètres carrés répartie de la façon suivante :

O Une salle de spectacle de 400 places gradables assises ;

O Un pôle destiné aux associations de la commune composé de

plusieurs salles d"activités modulables ;

O Un pôle dédié au SMEJ (Service Municipal Enfance Jeunesse) y compris un espace de restauration dédié aux enfants ;

O Un pôle dédié au conservatoire de musique et de danse ;

O Des espaces communs et logistiques ;

o Un logement pour gardien de type 4.

La durée prévisionnelle du marché est de 36 mois (études-consultation-travaux). Missions confiées - base : esq, aps, apd, pro, act, det/ visa, aor - complémentaires : opc, ssi, dem (mobilier), SYN
