en application des articles L. 2125 et R. 2162-15 à 21 et R 2172-6 du CMP, le projet porte sur la construction d"un bâtiment neuf avec ses aménagements extérieurs d"une Surface Utile d"environ 1984 mètres carrés répartie de la façon suivante :

En Tranche ferme, la construction d": o Une salle de spectacle de 400 places gradables assises ; o Un pôle destiné aux associations de la commune composé de plusieurs salles d"activités modulables ; o Un pôle dédié au SMEJ (Service Municipal Enfance Jeunesse) y compris un espace de restauration dédié aux enfants ; o Un pôle dédié au conservatoire de musique et de danse ; o Des espaces

communs et logistiques ; o Un logement pour gardien de type 4. La durée prévisionnelle du marché est de 36 mois (concep-consult-travaux).
