Cette troisième consultation concerne uniquement la relance des lots 05 et 08 qui sont restés infructueux suite à une seconde consultation lancée selon la procédure de l"appel d"offres ouvert en 11 lots. Chaque lot fera l"objet d"un accord-cadre, sans minimum, avec maximum, exécuté par l"émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l"objet d"une attribution séparée. Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. L"Accord-Cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat.
