L"Accord-Cadre, sans minimum, avec maximum, sera exécuté par l"émission de bons de commande par tout adhérent à la Centrale d"achat d"amiens Métropole (Amca). Chaque lot fera l"objet d"une attribution séparée. Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique.
