la présente consultation porte sur la construction d"un centre commercial et de santé dans le quartier de la Rabière.Le départ à la retraite des professionnels de santé et le retard de constitution de l"offre médicale dans le quartier de la rabière ont incité la Ville de Joué-Lès-Tours à apporter une réponse adéquate à cette problématique en travaillant avec un partenaire l"assad-had pour faciliter l"accès aux soins et à la santé.En parallèle, afin d"améliorer la dynamique sociale et à cause de l"état de vétusté de la zone commerciale, située dans le quartier "La Rabière" et construite en 1969, la Ville souhaite construire un nouveau centre commercial respectant la réglementation en vigueur sur le square Marcel PAGNOL
