Pour ce faire, l"Entreprise devra fournir les habilitations en cours de validité ou en cours d"acquisition et délivrées par un organisme de formation référencé du personnel dédié aux interventions sur matériaux susceptibles de libérer des fibres d"amiante.

         l"Entreprise candidatant pour les lots 5 - bardage et couverture, et 6 - désamiantage devra pouvoir justifier de ses capacités dans les travaux définis dans le cadre de la sous-section 3 du décret n°2012-639 du 4 mai 2012 relatif aux risques d"exposition à l"amiante. Pour ce faire, l"Entreprise devra fournir, un certificat de qualification, délivré par un organisme certificateur, dont le référentiel servant de base à la délivrance du certificat de qualification des Entreprises effectuant des travaux de retrait ou d"encapsulage d"amiante est homologué par Arrêté Ministériel.

         l"Entreprise complétera obligatoirement son certificat avec le niveau d"empoussièrement le plus élevé des processus déclarés dans son Document Unique d"évaluation des Risques Professionnels [D.U.E.R.P] au regard du Décret n°2001-1016 du 5 novembre 2001 afin d"assurer le Maître d"Ouvrage de ses compétences
