le pouvoir adjudicateur sélectionnera de 3 à 5 candidats sur la base des critères suivants : compétences , références , moyens. ☑ Appréciation moyens humains, compétences, des capacités techniques et des garanties financières du candidat au regard de la complexité et de la spécificité du projet et de la mission à réaliser (qualifications) au vu des éléments remis à l"annexe 2 - fiche équipe et références. Adéquation des références fournies par rapport à l"objet et à l"importance du projet au vu des éléments des annexes 2 et 3. Qualité architecturale et qualité d"intégration paysagère des projets réalisés par le mandataire de l"équipe au vu des éléments de l"annexe 3 - fichier de références illustrées
