         le présent marché porte sur la mission de maîtrise d"oeuvre complète + opc de 4 bassins de rétention à ciel ouvert, depuis le montage, la réalisation et le pilotage des études, ainsi que la conception des ouvrages, en tranche ferme, jusqu"au suivi de leurs réalisations en tranches optionnelles. le détail des différentes tranches fermes et optionnelles sont détaillées dans le dossier de la consultation.Ces derniers rentrent dans le cadre du programme de lutte contre les inondations de la ville de Draguignan qui est inscrit dans le programme d"actions de prévention des inondations (Papi) complet de l"argens et Côtiers de l"estérel, porté par le Syndicat Mixte de l"argens.A titre indicatif, le marché sera notifié fin août 2023 voire 1er semaine de septembre 2023.une réunion de démarrage sera prévue le 5 septembre 2023 entre le Maître d"ouvrage et le titulaire. Quoi qu"il en soit, la réunion devra intervenir en semaine 36.En effet, l"autorisation environnementale devra être délivrée impérativement par les services instructeurs de l"etat pour le deuxième trimestre 2025
