         par délibération en date du 20 décembre 2021, le maître d"ouvrage a décidé de réaliser l"extension et la réhabilitation du stade Moynat. Une enveloppe de 10 185 000 euro(s) HT est prévue pour les travaux (valeur mai 23).la consultation a pour objet, conformément aux dispositions des articles L.2422-5 à 11 du Code de la commande publique (Ccp), de confier à un opérateur économique la réalisation du programme dans sa globalité.compte tenu du plan de charge des services techniques municipaux, la Commune cherche à se faire assister d"un AMO afin de lui confier une mission de mandat de maîtrise d"ouvrage pour assurer les missions suivantes :1° La définition des conditions administratives et techniques selon lesquelles l"ouvrage sera étudié et exécuté ;2° La préparation, la passation, la signature, après approbation du choix de l"attributaire, du marché public de maîtrise d"oeuvre ainsi que le suivi de son exécution ;3° L"Approbation des études d"avant-projet et des études de projet du maître d"oeuvre ;4° La préparation, la passation, la signature, après approbation du choix des attributaires, desmarchés publics de travaux, ainsi que le suivi de leur exécution ;5° Le versement de la rémunération du maître d"oeuvre et le paiement des marchés publics detravaux ;6° La réception de l"ouvrage ;7° Agir en justice pour le compte de la Commune dans les conditions fixées au contrat
