le titulaire préparera la totalité des repas servis en utilisant les installations existantes, mises à sa disposition. Le titulaire assurera en particulier : -L"Approvisionnement en denrées ;-L"Entreposage des denrées dans les resserres existantes ;-La préparation des repas (hors d"oeuvre, plats chauds principaux, fromages et desserts) ;-La distribution des repas aux usagers ;-La distribution de boissons chaudes (café, thé) ;-Le nettoyage des installations et des locaux correspondant à sa prestation ;-La gestion des inscriptions et la vente des repas pour la solution de base.la prestation doit être appréciée en fonction : -Des locaux et des installations ;-Des conditions d"exécution précisées au cahier des clauses particulières ;-Du nombre de repas moyen journalier indiqué ;-Du temps consacré à la pause déjeuner des convives (1h20 entre 11h45 - première entrée - et 13h15 - dernière entrée) ;-Du mode de fonctionnement en self linéaire ; -Du système de vente et de paiement actuellement en place (système de caisse à badge)

L2123-1, R2123-1-3°, R2123-4 à 7, R2162-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique.L"accord-cadre est conclu avec un maximum de commandes de 2.000 repas mensuel.Il est conclu du 01/10/2023 (ou de la date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure) au 30/09/2024. Il est reconductible tacitement 3 fois par période d"un an.Il comporte une clause d"insertion par l"activité économique ainsi qu"une clause de reprise du personnel existant.Selon les art. R2132-7 et R2132-13 du CCP, la transmission des réponses se fera obligatoirement par voie électronique. Les soumissionnaires disposent d"une aide technique à l"adresse URL de la plateforme
