Qualité du parti architectural et qualité de l"insertion dans le site apprécié au regard : -du traitement architectural et urbain (perception et lisibilité architecturale) -des choix architecturaux participants à la démarche bioclimatique et à l"efficacité énergétique du bâtiment (exposition à l"ensoleillement, exposition aux apports de lumière naturelle, compacité du projet, exposition aux vents) -de l"organisation du plan masse (organisation des espaces, organisation des accès, protection aux nuisances du bruit et protection visuelle, prise en compte des contraintes réglementaires attachées au site d"implantation) -Critère 3.
