concours de maîtrise d"oeuvre sur esquisse +.Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au règlement de consultation et dans la notice descriptive du projet.Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires.La surface utile intérieure totale du projet est évaluée à 1672 m2 (hors espace bien être), soit 61% de plus que la surface utile actuelle.Cette surface projetée comprend :- un espace d"accueil : 88 m2- un espace pour le personnel (bureaux, vestiaires, salle de réunion) : 83 m2- des vestiaires et sanitaires publics : 356 m2- des bassins de natation : 400 m2- des plages couvertes : 440 m2- des locaux techniques : 305 m2le projet prévoit également l"aménagement d"espaces extérieurs, sur 650 m2.Le montant de l"enveloppe prévisionnelle affecté aux travaux est de 4 800 000 euro(s) Ht (valeur mai 2022).Le délai prévisionnel des travaux est fixé à 15 mois
