    la présente consultation porte sur la conclusion des marchés de travaux relatifs à la construction du futur carré de l"hôtel de ville et d"agglomération du nouveau musée espace Napoléon (24 lots). Le lot no1 a déjà été attribué. Les lots no 14 et 24 feront l"objet d"un appel d"offres ultérieur. Les travaux de l"hôtel de ville et d"agglomération portent sur la construction d"un bâtiment en rez-de-chaussée, avec 3 étages, et un niveau en sous-sol. La conception architecturale du bâtiment se présente en U permettant d"avoir un atrium au coeur de l"ilot dans la volumétrie R+3, avec des liaisons entre les étages des bâtiments. Les travaux du musée portent sur la restructuration complète du bâtiment existant avec la conservation du "T historique de l"ancien palais de justice" en R+2, la déconstruction partielle du bâtiment existant notamment l"aile Nord et l"aile Sud, la reconstruction en partie de l"aile Nord et l"aile Sud avec rez-de-chaussée, étage et sous-sol
