le travail à réaliser au travers de la note " La géopolitique des énergies pour l"europe et la France " a pour objectif d"identifier quelles seront les conséquences géopolitiques et géoéconomiques, ainsi que pour les armées françaises, de l"évolution du panorama énergétique à des horizons de 10 ans et 20 ans.Les prestations prévues au titre du présent marché sont :- la rédaction d"une note d"étude de 60 à 70 pages (hors annexes), en français, comprenant des illustrations cartographiques et graphiques permettant d"analyser la géographie des phénomènes observés ou pressentis.
