L’Opco EP souhaite accompagner les entreprises relevant des branches professionnelles couvertes par l’Opco EP dans le recrutement de leurs futurs collaborateurs.

Les actions de formation « SAS Tremplin accès vers l’emploi » ont pour objectif de sécuriser les parcours professionnels des stagiaires et de leur donner les prérequis nécessaires à une entrée réussie en formation qualifiante/certifiante.

Les stagiaires seront orientés à l’issue des SAS Tremplin vers les actions de Préparation Opérationnelle à l’Emploi Collective (POEC) de la programmation annuelle de l’Opco EP en Ile de France, financées par le PIC (Plan d’Investissement dans les Compétences).
