FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL PR AGENCY SERVICES

Description: Helsinki Partners Oy (hereinafter referred to as” Customer” or ”Contracting Entity”) requests a tender in accordance with the contract notice published on the Hilma notice channel and this Call for Tenders and its appendices for international PR Agency services (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Service’). The object of the procurement agreement is PR agency services for these two (2) different themes: Lot 1: Happy Helsinki – Culture & Society Lot 2: Helsinki as a Global Platform for Sustainable Growth & Innovation The Customer selects four (4) suppliers for both lots with whom it will enter into an framework agreement. The object of the procurement, the relevant contract terms and requirements are described in more detail in the procurement documents and its annexes. The tenderer may leave its tender to both lots and may be selected for both lots. The supplier may also be a consortium or a group of tenderers. The contract period starts from signing the agreement and is valid for 48 months. The estimated starting date of the agreement period is spring 2026. The values presented are estimates, and the agreement does not constitute a mandatory purchase obligation for the Customer or an exclusive right for the selected service providers to provide the Service.
