B412 Engine Maintenance Services

Description: The Finnish Border Guard (later Contracting authority, Buyer, FBG) requests tenders for B/AB412 Engine and engine component scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services and material in accordance with the terms of this Call for Tenders and it"s appendices. The subject of the procurement is to provide maintenance services for removed components due to overhaul, scheduled inspection, defect rectification, modification or repair, as described in the Pratt&Whitney PT6T-3D Engine service documentation. Estimated quantities of overhauls procured through this Call for Tenders are presented in Contract Appendix 1 Technical Terms and Conditions, based on scheduled inspections. These quantities might differ from the presented figures due to changes in FBG fleet flight time and uscheduled removals. This procurement has the following options that can be activated independently of each other: 1. unforeseen and unscheduled repair, maintenance and modification services including Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins 2. one expected additional engine overhaul 3. one expected additional reduction gearbox (C-Box) overhaul 4. Reduction gearbox exchange instead of overhaul 5. P/N 3244883-10 Automatic Fuel Control Unit (AFCU) overhaul & modification to P/N 3244883-12
