Description: The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is hereby pleased to request your quotation according to this RFQ for a Pilatus PC-12 NG flight simulator training Wet lease and Dry lease (recurrent/upgrade training) and simulator teacher training at supplier´s facility for year 2026 and option years 2027 and 2028. Recurrent training for 26 pilots including only simulator training according to the following: 13 aircrews including 2 pilots each 3 slots, á 4 hours each Totally 39 slots, 156 hours Total slots shall be divided into DRY and WET-lease. Allocation of DRY and WET-lease principle slots is confirmed later by customer. Additionally, options for year 2026: 1-3 courses for simulator teachers Options for years 2027 and 2028 are subject to the same terms and conditions as simulator trainings that are held during year 2026. Training schedule: Recurrent/Upgrade training shall be held during year 2026. Training possibility should be valid until the end of the year 2026. Training schedule shall be confirmed later between the Customer and the Supplier. Training shall be held according to the customer"s own training program. The Customer must collect the options by the end of February each year. The Customer shall notify the Supplier in writing about using the option. The options are subject to the same terms of contract as the first year 2026 Services.
