Description: Aalto University (in the following "Customer" or "Aalto University") requests a tender for Software development services. The procurement is divided into three following areas/lots: 1. Salesforce Development Resource services 2. Salesforce Development End-to-End services 3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development services Aalto University has implemented Salesforce’s platform as well as a number of services developed on top of it. The purpose of Aalto University’s Salesforce environment is to provide a comprehensive service, process, and data platform to support the delivery of the University’s services. The platform’s target groups include all of the University’s stakeholders, such as students, staff, academic personnel, visitors, prospective students, the alumni community, and collaboration partners such as companies that are part of the University’s ecosystem. Aalto University needs a partner who can develop solutions with industry standards as well as Aalto’s requirements for information security, architecture, accessibility (WACG 2.1), GDPR compliance, and the Aalto design system. About the areas/lots: 1. Salesforce Development Resource Services Provision of specialist resources to support the development and maintenance of Aalto University’s Salesforce environments as part of the in-house team. The work can be performed largely remotely. 2. Salesforce Development End-to-End services Provision of comprehensive development support for Aalto University’s Salesforce environments, including face-to-face collaboration and end-to-end delivery of development projects. The partner must also be capable of assuming maintenance responsibility for delivered solutions when required. 3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development services Provision of development and maintenance services for Aalto University’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. A potential tenderer can choose to offer their services to one or more of any of these areas. The potential tenderers will be evaluated separately for each of the areas. Only one tenderer will be selected for each category. The same tenderer can be selected for multiple categories.
