Analyses of hazardous substances service procurement for Natural Resources Institute Finland

Description: Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) is planning a procurement of the analyses of the hazardous substance content of various samples. Analyses needed are for example: alkylphenols and ethoxylates, BDEs, bisfenols, HBCD, hormones, PAHs, PCB7, PCDD/Fs and dl-PCBs, PFASs, pesticide residues, phthalates, pharmaceuticals, microplastics, TBBPA. Natural Resources Institute Finland (hereafter referred to as "Luke") requests your tender for analyses services with this Call for Tenders and its annexes. The Call for Tenders and the procurement is divided into eight (8) lots: 1. Analyses of hazardous substances for liquid matrices I (surface and groundwater) 2. Analyses of hazardous substances for solid matrices (eg. digestate, composted and thermally dried digestate solids, manure (slurry and dry)) 3. Analyses of hazardous substances for biochar (HTC-char optional) 4. Analyses of hazardous substances for biological matrices (eg. berries, mushrooms, needles, leaves, undergrowth) 5. Analyses of hazardous substances for soil 6. Analyses of hazardous substances for mineral fertilizers in Tuki-project 7. Analyses of microplastics for various matrices 8. Analyses of hazardous substances for liquid matrices II (eg. concentrate from reject water, waste water) Tenderer can leave a tender for one or all of the lots. One supplier is chosen to each lot. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 3 Quality table of the Hazardous Substances Analyses and Annex 4 Service Description and other procurement documents.
