Hankittavat tilat on jaettu viiteen kohderyhmään tämän tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti:

- kohderyhmä A tilat enintään 30 henkilölle

- kohderyhmä B tilat enintään 50 henkilölle

- kohderyhmä C tilat enintään 100 henkilölle

- kohderyhmä D tilat enintään 200 henkilölle
