Hankinnan kohteena on Lahden kaupungin uimahallien kassatoiminnot (Lahden uimahalli, Nastolan uimahalli, Kivimaan uimahalli). Hankinta on jaettu osiin, tarjoaja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa osaa. Toimittajan tulee pystyä tuottamaan laadukasta, joustavaa, luotettavaa ja asiakaslähtöistä palvelua ja palveluiden jatkuvaa kehittämistä. Toimittajan palvelun tulee sisältää mm. seuraavaa: lipunmyynti, kahvilatuotteiden myynti, uimatarvikkeiden vuokraus, ilmoitustaulujen hoito, rahojen tilitykset, yleinen asiakaspalvelu sekä ylläpitää terveysviranomaisten vaatimaa omavalvontaa (hygieniapassi).
