         Jämsän kaupungin elinvoimatoimi pyytää tarjoustanne biojätteen materiaaalihyödyntämispalvelusta 1.4.2024 - 31.3.2026.

         Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy kahden (2) vuoden optio, minkä tilaaja voi käyttää.

         Biojätettä syntyy arviolta noin 1700 t/a.

         Materiaalihyödynnettävä biojäte sisältää pääsääntöisesti yhdyskunta- sekä siihen rinnastettavia jätteitä, materiaalihyödynnettävä jäte on siis lakisääteisesti kuntienvastuulle kuuluvaa, asumisessa syntyvää syntypaikkalajiteltua biojätettä.

         Materiaalihyödynnettävän biojätteen kuljetusurakka tullaan kilpailuttamaan talven 2023 - 2024 aikana.

         Jätteiden materiaalihyödyntämisen tulee tapahtua Suomessa. Jätteiden materiaalihyödyntämis- tai muun käsittelypalvelun tarjoajan (Palvelun tarjoaja) on toiminnassaan noudatettava sopimuksen, jätelain (646/2011) ja valtioneuvoston jätteistä antaman asetuksen (978/2021) ja muiden soveltuvien säädösten määräyksiä sekä kunnallisia jäte-huoltomääräyksiä. Palvelun tarjoajalla tai alihankkijalla on oltava ympäristönsuojelulain (YSL, 527/2014) 27 §:ssä edellytetty ympäristölupa jätteen hyödyntämis- tai muun käsittelypalvelun tarjoamiseksi.
