        Business Finland Oy is seeking for a new Digital Asset Management Platform (DAM). We are seeking a commercial product that provides integrations to the core systems and supports our business processes. It is essential to have a cloud-based SaaS solution that also scales for our needs and requires minimal technical maintenance from Business Finland.

        This procurement holds strategic value for Business Finland marketing efforts to create coherent customer experience by utilizing common (marketing) materials. Utilizing DAM provides better possibilities for cost-effective distribution to different digital channels. Business Finland Oy makes this procurement also on behalf of Business Finland Innovation Agency Fund and takes care of the contract management.

        The Contract commences upon the signing and stays in force until further notice. The Contract is planned to enter into force on Q1/2024 (estimated target).

        Because of the complexity of the process the method for this procurement is competitive negotiated procedure (section 36 of the Finnish Public procurement Law). The complexity comes from the need of further planning along the procurement process and challenges to define the technical specifications at the start. Also, the estimated value of the procurement depends on the result of the competitive dialogue. For instance, on how to ensure access for the different levels of materials cost-effectively.

        The number of candidates have been restricted so that the negotiations can be targeted for those companies that has shown the most potential to deliver required comprehensive service based on the need of Business Finland. The list of minimum requirements is already extensive. Because of the complexity of the matter it is estimated that best result can be achieved when the number of selected companies is maximum three providing more time for further negotiations, unless there are less than three companies that meet the minimum requirements.
