Hankinnan kohteena on Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue Soiten vartiointipalvelut. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen osa-alueeseen,

1: Kokkolan vartiointipalvelut

2: Lestijokilaakson vartiointipalvelut

3: Perhonjokilaakson vartiointipalvelut

Hankittavia vartiointipalveluja tullaan siten suorittamaan Kokkolan, Kannuksen, Toholammin, Lestijärven, Kaustisen, Vetelin, Halsuan ja Perhon kuntien Soiten kohteiden kiinteistöissä, toimitiloissa ja alueella. Hankittavaan palveluun sisältyy paikallisvartiointia, hälytysvartiointia, tilausvartiointia sekä hälytyskeskuspalveluita. Palvelun sisältö ja kohteet osa-alueittain on määritelty tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä.

Kuhunkin osa-alueeseen valitaan yksi palveluntuottaja. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhdestä tai useammasta osa-alueesta.

Sopimuskausi alkaa 1.1.2024 ja on voimassa toistaiseksi 6 kk irtisanomisajalla.
