         Ikaalisten kaupunki on hankkimassa palveluita puitejärjestelynä liittyen teiden talvikunnossapitoon: lumien auraukseen ja liukkauden torjumiseen sekä hiekoituksen poistoon.

         Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen osa-alueeseen ja lisäksi osa-alueet yksi ja kaksi osa-alueiden sisäisiin kohteisiin. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen yhteen tai useampaan osa-alueeseen tai kohteeseen. Palveluntuottaja voi tulla valituksi yhdelle tai useammalle osa-alueelle ja, tai kohteeseen. Tarjoajan tulee täyttää tarjouspyyntö huolellisesti ja antaa kaikki pyydetyt tiedot tarjoamastaan osa-alueesta ja/tai kohteesta.

         Sopimuskausi on kolme (3) vuotta + yksi yhden (1) vuoden optiokausi. Option käyttöönotto on hankintayksikön oikeus mutta ei velvollisuus. Tilaaja ilmoittaa Palveluntuottajalle optiokauden käyttöönotosta viimeistään kolme (3) kuukautta ennen varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymistä.
