         Turun kaupungin konsernihallinnon hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjouksia Turun kaupungin eri yksiköiden toimipisteisiin hankittavista kuntosalivälineistä ja kuntosalivälineiden huoltopalveluista ajalle 1.10.2023(tavoite)-30.9.2025 jonka jälkeen sopimusta voidaan

         tilaajan päätöksellä jatkaa alkuperäisin ehdoin enintään kahdella (2) vuodella, ajalle 1.10.2025-30.9.2027.

         Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osakokonaisuuteen:

         1. kuntosalivälineet

         2. kuntosalivälineiden huoltopalvelu

         Hankinnasta tehdään osakokonaisuuksittain puitesopimus yhden toimittajan/palveluntuottajan kanssa.

         Hankinnan arvioitu kokonaisarvo on kahden viimeisen vuoden keskiarvon mukaan laskettuna arviolta kuntosalivälineiden osalta noin 50 000 € / vuosi ja huoltopalvelun osalta n. 12 000 € / vuosi. Varsinkin laitteiston osalta hankintatarve vaihtelee paljon. Tilaaja ei sitoudu tiettyyn hankintamäärään tai -arvoon.

         Sopimuksen pääasiallinen käyttäjä on Liikunnan palvelukokonaisuuden Liikuntapalvelukeskus.

         Kuntosalivälineiden osalta hankinta koskee pääosin täydennystilauksia. Tilaaja varaa mahdollisuuden kilpailuttaa suuremmat laitekokonaisuudet erikseen.

         Huoltopalvelun osalta hankinta sisältää erillisestä tilauksesta suoritettavat kuntosalilaitteiden huollot sekä määräaikaishuollot tilaajan kohteissa.

         Tarjoajilla on mahdollisuus tutustua tarkemmin huollon kohteena oleviin kuntosaleihin ja laitteistoihin osallistumalla kuntosalien katselmukseen maanantaina 11.9.2023. Yhteyshenkilönä liikuntapalvelukeskuksesta on Eeva Haapanen (puh. 050 554 6214). Katselmukseen tulee ilmoittautua sähköpostitse viimeistään 8.9.2023 osoitteeseen eeva.haapanen@turku.fi.
