         Tampereen Energia Oy (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) suunnittelee rakentavansa alkuvuodesta 2023 kaupalliseen käyttöön otetun NSL3 kattilalaitoksen yhteyteen uuden lisälämmöntalteenottolaitoksen. Lisälämmöntalteenottolaitoksella on tarkoitus lisähyödyntää NSL3-kattilaitoksen savukaasujen sisältämä lämpöenergia ja siirtää se lämpöpumppujen avulla kaukolämmöksi Tampereen kaukolämpöverkkoon. Projektissa rakennetaan ja asennetaan uusi savukaasutuubilauhdutin, lauhteenkäsittelyjärjestelmät, lämpöpumput sekä muut tarvittavat palvelevat järjestelmät. Tilaaja on nimennyt projektin NSL3 Lisä-LTO:ksi.

         Tämä hankintailmoitus on julkaistu NSL3 Lisä-LTO -projektin putkistourakan hankintaa varten. NSL3 Lisä-LTO putkistourakka käsittää projektin putkistot, laiteasennuksia, putkisillan ja teräsrakenteita.
