         Tilaaja on hankkimassa uutta perintäjärjestelmää sekä siihen läheisesti liittyviä palveluita. Hankinta on ns. avaimet käteen –kokonaispalvelun toimitus (SaaS), joka kattaa:

         - käyttöoikeudet järjestelmään

         - järjestelmän käyttöönottoprojekti

         - vaatimusluettelossa määriteltyjen toiminnallisuuksien toteuttaminen ja järjestelmän konfigurointi

         - testaukset ennen käyttöönottoa

         - koulutukset

         - vanhojen toimeksiantojen siirto/migraatio uuteen järjestelmään yhdessä tilaajan kanssa (hinnoitellaan erikseen)

         - käyttö-, asiakastuki-, ylläpito- ja kehittämispalvelut

         - asiantuntijapalvelut

         Tilaajalla on tällä hetkellä käytössään Perintäkarhu-järjestelmä, joka kattaa sekä perintätoimen että asianhallinnan, ja josta on tarkoitus korvata ensi vaiheessa perintätoimi asianhallinnan jatkuessa vanhalla järjestelmällä. Tilaaja valitsee yhden palveluntuottajan. Hankinnan seurauksena syntyy yksi hankintasopimus Tilaajan kanssa.

         Käyttäjiä nykyiselle ja tulevalle perintäjärjestelmälle on tällä hetkellä yhteensä noin 20 henkilöä. Hankittavan järjestelmän tulee mahdollistaa enintään 50 käyttäjää.
