         Hankinnan kohteena on valmisohjelmistona hankittava laaja tilasto- ja tutkimustuotannon raportointijärjestelmä, jolla tullaan tuottamaan sisäistä raportointia, julkista raportointia ja tutkimusraportointia. Järjestelmän tulee olla THL:n konesaliin sijoitettava on-premises ratkaisu, joka tullaan räätälöimään ja integroimaan toisiin järjestelmiin. Raportointijärjestelmän tulee täyttää TL IV luokitellun tiedon käsittelylle asetetut vaatimukset. Järjestelmän on pystyttävä jakamaan avointa dataa rajapinnan kautta ja raportointiratkaisun käyttäjänhallinnan tulee tukea SAML2.0-autentikointia. Julkisten raporttien julkaisuun ja upottamiseen tarvitaan ratkaisu, jossa raportin loppukäyttäjällä on mahdollisuus tarkastella, käsitellä ja käyttää raporttia myös julkiverkossa.
