         Hankinnan kohteena ovat Rovaniemellä ja Tervolassa ulkoalueiden hoitotyöt. Hoitotyöt käsittävät koneellisia ja käsin tehtäviä talvi- ja kesäajan ulkoaluetöitä Puolustuskiinteistöjen Pohjois-Suomen palvelualueella.

         Tilaaja järjestää tarjousehdokkaille hankinnan kohteen esittelytilaisuuden.

         Esittelytilaisuuden pidetään:

         Osa-alue 1 Rovaniemi 26.7.2023 klo 9

         Osa-alue 2 Rovaniemi 26.7.2023 klo 12

         Osa-alue 3 Tervola 27.7.2023 klo 12

         Ilmoittautumiset 19.7.2023 klo 12.00 mennessä kiinteistönhuoltopäällikkö Ville Aikiolle, sähköpostiosoitteeseen ville.aikio@puolustuskiinteistot.fi.

         Esittelytilaisuuteen voi osallistua enintään 1-2 henkilöä tarjoavaa yritystä kohden. Ilmoita yrityksen nimi, henkilön nimi ja syntymäaika. Paluuviestillä ilmoitetaan kokoontumispaikka.

         Esittelytilaisuudessa esitellään hankintakohteen kartta-aineisto, jota ei saa mukaansa sekä palvelukuvaukset, jotka saa mukaansa.

         Esittelytilaisuuteen osallistuvilta edellytetään vaitiolovakuutuksen allekirjoittamista tilaisuudessa.
