         Hankinnan kohteena on Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialueen henkilökunnalle hankittavat lahjakorttimuotoiset merkkipäivä- ja muistamislahjat.

         Muistamislahjana annetaan lahjakortti, jonka lahjakortin omistaja voi käyttää Toimittajan tarjouksen mukaisiin kohteisiin. Lahjakortteja annetaan kahden arvoisia muistamispäivän mukaan. Lahjakorttien arvot ovat sataviisikymmentä (150) euroa ja kaksisataa (200) euroa. Sadan viidenkymmenen (150) euron lahjakortti annetaan 40-, 50-, ja 60-vuotismerkkipäivänä ja kahdensadan (200) euron lahjakortti eläkkeelle jäämisen johdosta. Lahjakortin voimassaoloaika on oltava vähintään kuusi (6) kuukautta tilauksesta.

         Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen:

         Osa-alue 1 aineelliset lahjat eli lahjakortilla lunastettava fyysinen tuotevalikoima

         Osa-alue 2 aineettomat lahjat eli lahjakortilla lunastettava palvelumuotoinen lahja

         Lahjakortilla lunastettava tuote/palvelu on voitava tilata sähköisesti. Tuotteen tai palvelun toimitusmaksun on sisällyttävä lahjakortin arvoon. Lisäksi tulee olla mahdollisuus lahjoittaa oma lahjaosuus lyhentämättömänä hyväntekeväisyyteen.

         Lahjakortilla valittavien käyttökohteiden on oltava ennalta Tilaajan tiedossa, jonka vuoksi tuotekategorioiden ja niiden sisältämien tuotteiden/palveluiden tarjottava määrä on rajattu (ks. tarkemmat tiedot kohdasta Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit).

         Arvio lahjakorttien hankintamäärästä vuositasolla on viisisataa (500) kappaletta sadan viidenkymmenen (150) euron lahjakortteja ja kolmesataa (300) kappaletta kahdensadan (200) euron lahjakortteja. Tilaaja ei sitoudu edellä mainittuun hankintamäärään vaan lahjakortteja tilataan todellisen tarpeen mukaan. Lahjakortin saaja valitsee itselleen aineellisen tai aineettoman lahjakortin, todellinen tilausmäärä osa-aluekohtaisesti määräytyy valintojen mukaan.

         Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä.

         Tilaaja hyväksyy tuotteiksi vain lahjoja, jotka ovat yleisen hyvän maun ja soveliaisuuden vaatimusten mukaisia. Tästä syystä tarjoukseen ei hyväksytä mukaan esim. seuraavan kaltaisia tavaroita tai palveluita:

         - erilaiset päihteet: tupakkatuotteet, alkoholijuomat ja huumaavat aineet

         - jotain kohtaan epäkunnioittaviksi tulkittavissa olevat tuotteet

         - ihmisten tasa-arvoisuutta kyseenalaistavat tuotteet

         - seksiin suoraan liittyvät tavarat ja palvelut
