Urakka, sen laajuus sekä edellytetyt vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Alueurakka käsittää katualueiden, katuvihreän, viheralueiden, lähiliikuntapaikan, leikkipaikkojen sekä kiinteistöjen piha-alueiden talvi- ja kesäajan kunnossapitotyöt.       4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Alueurakka käsittää katualueiden, katuvihreän, viheralueiden sekä kiinteistöjen piha-alueiden talvi- ja kesäkauden kunnossapito-, hoito- ja puhtaanapitotyöt.

         Itäinen Kirkkonummi käsittää alueet Sarvvik, Sundsberg ja Masala, alueen urakka-aika on 1.11.2023 - 31.10.2026. Urakkaan liitetään Veikkola ja keskinen Kirkkonummi ajalle 1.11.2024 - 31.10.2026. Urakkamuoto on kokonaishintaurakka, johon sisältyy yksikköhintaisia osuuksia. Urakkaan sisältyy kahden (2) vuoden optioaika vuosi kerrallaan 1.11.2026 - 31.10.2027 ja 1.11.2027 - 31.10.2028.

         Työhön valittava urakoitsija toimii tässä alueurakassa pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana ja vastaa päätoteuttajan velvollisuuksista. Urakka, sen laajuus sekä edellytetyt vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
