Hankintasopimus ei muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta, vaan todellinen kulutus voi olla suurempi tai pienempi. Suurin kulutus on Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueella.

         Hankintayksikkö vertailee ryhmät 1-14 omina ryhmäkokonaisuuksina ja ryhmiin valitaan 1-2 kpl eniten kokonaispisteitä saanutta toimittajaa. Vaa át ja pituusmitat asetetaan kokonaispisteiden mukaan etusijajärjestykseen siten, että suurimmat kokonaispisteet saanut on ensimmäisenä. Etusijajärjestystä noudatetaan, kun tilataan sopimuslaitteita käyttäjäyksiköihin huomioiden käyttäjäyksikön tarpeet.

         Tarjouspyynnön mukaiset tuotteet tullaan pyytämään toimittamaan tilaajan tiloihin katselmus/testaustilaisuuteen, jossa arvioidaan tuotteiden ominaisuuksia vertailua varten. Tuotteet tulee toimittaan siinä aikataulussa, jonka tilaaja myöhemmin ilmoittaa. Tarkempi aikataulu ja paikka ilmoitetaan myöhemmin. Vertailuun mukaan pääseminen edellyttää pyydettyjen tuotteiden toimittamista tilaisuuteen. Tuotteet on pystyttävä toimittamaan testaustilaisuuteen kolmen viikon sisällä pyynnöstä (tai myöhemmin, jos tilaaja näin ilmoittaa kutsussaan).
