         Hankinnan kohteena on turvahälytyskeskusjärjestelmä kokonaispalveuna ja turvapuhelinlaitteisto Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialuueella (Pohde) kotona asuville asiakkaille.

         Turvapuhelinlaitteistoon sisältyvät turvapuhelin, turvapainike, ovihälytin, GPS-paikannin ja muu määritettävä teknologia.

         Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena neljä (4) vuotta (varsinainen sopimuskausi) sopimuksen alkamisajankohdasta lukien. Tämän jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana sopimuksena molemmin puolisin irtisanomisehdoin.

         Pohde ei sitoudu tiettyyn hankintamäärään, vaan laitteita hankitaan asiakasmäärän ja heidän tarpeiden mukaisesti. Hankintamäärät voivat muuttua asiakkaiden tarpeiden mukaisesti sekä palvelurakenteen ja painopisteiden muuttuessa.
