The coding school will be based in Kuopio, Finland. The students should have a significant part of the studies on-site.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The purchaser is seeking for a franchisor to provide a e-learning solution and software platform for the purpose of tuition-free software coding school based on joint, peer-reviewed projects by the students. The solution should include know-how, procedures, intellectual property, use of the business model, brand, and rights to sell the branded service. The concept should be as much a turn-key solution as possible. The training material of the curriculum should be based on open source software and modifiable by the purchaser to add new training modules to the program. The software should support also feedback for the students and tracking their progress.
