         Solar Foods Oy (jäljempänä ”Tilaaja” tai ”Hankintayksikkö”) pyytää tarjousta Hilma-ilmoituskanavaan julkaistavaksi lähetetyn hankintailmoituksen sekä tämän tarjouspyynnön ja liitteiden mukaisesta sähköenergian hankinnasta vuoden 2026 loppuun saakka. Sopimuskausi alkaa välittömästi sopimuksen allekirjoituksen jälkeen.

         Kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on solmia sopimus, jossa sovitaan marginaalista, hinnan määräytymisperusteista ja hinnankiinnitys- ja laskutuskäytännöistä.

         Solar Foodsin arvioitu sähkönkulutus on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 3. Toimitus on ns. avoin toimitus, joka kattaa kaiken Solar Foodsin sähkönkäytön sopimukseen liitetyissä kohteissa. Solar Foods vastaa siitä, että sopimukseen liitetyillä kohteilla on voimassa oleva verkkosopimus.

         Hankintayksikkö valitsee yhden (1) toimittajan, jonka kanssa tehdään sopimus. Valittava toimittaja voi olla myös tarjoajien muodostama ryhmittymä. Rinnakkaiset ja vaihtoehtoiset tarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu tiettyihin hankintamääriin.
