         Savon Voima Oyj (Tilaaja) suunnittelee rakentavansa uuden kaukolämpöakun ja siihen liittyvän akkupumppaamon Joensuun voimalaitoksen alueelle. Kaukolämpöakun tilavuus on 15 000 m3. Kaukolämpöakku kytketään voimalaitoksen kaukolämpöjärjestelmään, ja se on tarkoitus ottaa käyttöön loppuvuodesta 2023.

         Hankkeen kokonaisinvestointi on noin 6 400 000 euroa ja sille on myönnetty TEM:n investointituki.

         Tässä hankinnassa kilpailutetaan 15 000 m3 eristämättömän kaukolämpöakkusäiliön eristys ja pellitys. Eristämätön kaukolämpöakku on tehty erillisenä kilpailutuksena.

         Toimitukseen kuuluu tarjouspyynnön mukainen eristämättömän kaukolämpöakun eristys ja pellitys.

         Toimituksessa on otettava erityisesti huomioon ne kokemukset, jotka toimittaja on saanut muista vastaavanlaisista toimituksista. Toimitus sisältää em. akkusäiliön eristyksen asennettuna Lisäksi toimitukseen kuuluvat säiliön ulkopuolisten putkistojen ja venttiilien mittayhteiden ja muiden instrumenttien eristämiset ja tarvittavat koteloinnit toimitusrajojen sisällä. ks luettelo. Eristysasennuksessa tarvittavista telineistä vastaa toimittaja.

         Eristys ja pellitys tulee suunnitella ja valmistaa siten, että se täyttää suomalaiset lait, asetukset ja viranomaisten määräykset sekä EU:n standardit, jotka ovat voimassa toimituksen luovutushetkellä.
